Online Therapy for Autistic & ADHD Adults — Without the Pressure to “Mask”

You’ve spent enough of your life trying to explain yourself.
Here, you don’t have to.

I provide online counseling for Autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD adults who feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, burnt out, or emotionally exhausted — and want support that actually fits their brain.

Warm, neurodiversity-affirming, real-life support
Online only

Available for adults living in Texas, Florida, Arizona, and South Carolina

Meet Me

Natalie Furdek, Your AuDHD Counselor

I’m an AuDHD counselor who received my autism and ADHD diagnosis later in life, in my early 50s. Like many people who are diagnosed later on, learning this about myself was both eye-opening and deeply validating. It helped me make sense of so many moments, patterns, and experiences that had shaped my life long before I had the words for them.

I support adults who are tired of masking, tired of being misunderstood, and tired of pushing through life in survival mode.

This space is neurodiversity-affirming, gentle, and real. No judgment. No forcing. No “just try harder.”
Just support that fits you.

Free 15-minute consultation available — so you don’t have to commit before you feel safe.

You don’t need the perfect words — we’ll take it one step at a time.

I’m currently in Lubbock, Texas, and my roots lie in areas of Texas that often lack quality counseling services. It is my goal (and passion) to serve autistic and ADHD people who, for whatever reason – be it convenience, pricing, or distance – have chosen to give online counseling a try.

This Is For You If You’re Tired — And Still Trying Your Best

You might be here because you:

  • were diagnosed later in life (or you’re self-identified)

  • feel like your whole identity is shifting

  • have anxiety that never fully turns off

  • crash after socializing, work, or daily tasks

  • struggle with depression, overwhelm, shutdowns, or burnout

  • carry trauma from years of being misread or unsupported

  • want a therapist who actually understands neurodivergence

You deserve therapy that makes you feel:

Seen
Safe
Understood
Accepted

Therapy shouldn’t feel like another place you have to perform

If past therapy made you feel like:

  • You were “too much.”

  • You were overthinking

  • You weren’t trying hard enough
    …then you’re not alone.

Many neurodivergent adults leave therapy feeling even more misunderstood.

This space is different.

I’m an Autistic and ADHD counselor myself, so I understand it from lived experience — not just theory.
You don’t have to convince me. I already get it.

A Safe Place to Understand Yourself or Someone You Love

Suppose life once felt easier to navigate—conversations flowed, connections felt natural, and things mostly made sense. And then, quietly, something shifted. Communication became harder. Emotions felt overwhelming or confusing. You—or someone you love—began to feel disconnected, misunderstood, or exhausted by the effort of keeping up.

What if a diagnosis, a realization, or a long-held question finally gave words to what had always been there? Along with relief came grief, uncertainty, and the sense that so much had gone unnoticed for years.

Imagine instead of pushing through or blaming yourself, you paused. You chose to look deeper, to listen with curiosity, and to seek support that met you exactly where you are. Slowly, moments of clarity returned. Connection felt possible again. You began to feel more present, more understood, more yourself.

Healing doesn’t always happen all at once. Sometimes it begins quietly—when we stop fighting who we are and start creating space for understanding, support, and growth.

What You Can Work On (Beyond Autism/ADHD)

still-life-yoga-equipment.jpg

Yes — we can talk about more than neurodivergence.

Autism and ADHD affect everything… but your therapy doesn’t have to stay limited to labels.

Clients often come in for support with:

  • chronic anxiety and stress

  • depression or emotional numbness

  • autistic/ADHD burnout

  • trauma (including therapy trauma)

  • people-pleasing and masking

  • identity, self-worth, and confidence

  • relationship struggles & communication overload

  • workplace challenges and nervous system fatigue

This is mental health services that meet you where you actually are — not where the world expects you to be.

You Don’t Need The Perfect Words Here

It’s okay if you’re nervous. We can go slow.

You can show up tired.
You can show up messy.
You can show up unsure.

This space is built for the real version of you — not the high-functioning version that everyone else sees.

Self-Pay Counseling (Insurance Not Accepted)

Sessions are self-pay only and insurance is not accepted.

However, a superbill is provided, which you may be able to submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement (depending on your plan).

If you have questions about pricing or session types, you can ask during the free consultation.

“This is the first time therapy has felt like relief instead of pressure. I didn’t have to explain everything or prove what I’m feeling. I finally feel understood — and that alone has helped more than I expected.”

Sara Grace

“I came in exhausted and burnt out, and I thought I was just failing at life. Therapy helped me make sense of my brain, my emotions, and my needs without shame. I feel calmer, more grounded, and more like myself.”

Our Team

Meet the Team

Research shows that pets help us heal, manage stress, and cope in the world. Feel free to include your pet in our sessions. My support team is always around as well.
We can also experience deep grief and anxiety around pet loss and illness. It can feel like many of the people around us don't fully understand this kind of pain. Therapy with a like-minded counselor can provide a safe space to process these emotions and find healing.
