I provide online individual counseling exclusively for autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD adults. Whether you're looking for support with a specific concern or a longer-term counseling relationship, sessions are tailored to your experiences, needs, and goals.
Because I'm neurodivergent myself, our work begins with a shared understanding that you shouldn't have to spend therapy explaining or defending the way your brain works.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation before your first counseling session. Individual sessions are available by video for $150 or audio-only for $135. My practice is self-pay, and insurance is not accepted directly. I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
